Plath is interrupted by a crow – an avatar for Hughes – but she carries on, and in doing so comes to a new realisation about how she, “a young, beautiful promise”, was used to “cover up the rotten, the dead”. He is the author of three poetry collections; His best selling collection,'Sincerely,' and debut poetry collection 'Euphoria'. The author has an alluring way of getting their point across to the readers and his take on life is inspiring.

At one point in the novel Hughes tells Plath that life has a mission for everyone and that his mission is freedom. Love, loneliness, God, family and more are all portrayed in this short but thought-provoking work of art in such a beautifully artistic way, before I had even reached the 5'th poem I knew I had found something special in this book. Cullhed dramatises the episode where Plath rides the horse Ariel for the first time just after Hughes has left her, displeasing the stable girl by galloping, unhelmeted, away from the paddock. Now that her husband’s freedom has shown itself also to be crushingly banal, Plath has to work out her own sense of what freedom is.I looked around on the internet and could not find a good translation from the German so I wrote one myself that retains both pretty well if anyone is interested.

I was fond of these words strung together because I’m aware that at times I feel this type of emotion and others feel it as well.

He is currently writing his first novel, and this his first, but hopefully not last, collection of poetry.
